An established home care provider with decades of experience is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its clinical team in Potts Point. This is a hands-on community-based role combining clinical care with coordination responsibilities. You’ll support clients living at home, working closely with families, GPs, hospitals and allied health providers to ensure care is calm, consistent and well-coordinated. The position offers flexibility and would suit a nurse seeking part-time work, a short-term contract (3–6 months), or a role that provides variety without hospital shift pressures.
